I've been told recently that she has my eyes. I like that. I believe the eyes are the windows to the soul. This picture, for me, shows a side to my daughter that most people never see. The side that emerges when, for the briefest of moments, she stops being bonkers and becomes something else. Something much deeper. That's why I like it.
