Information

The light looked pretty good tonight but as I reached for my camera and gave it the once over I realised both batteries were almost flat. I took the risk and dashed up to Thornwick Bay, wife in tow. We found the tide was out so took the opportunity to get out on the rocks and watch the sun setting. The batteries had just enough juice left to get three 20 second exposures. This was the best of the three.

Brilliant stuff. Superb (and insane) cloud movement coupled with the rocks leading into the focal point, the feint glimmer of the sun's afterglow. [1/10 for battery planning though :D)

Atmospheric shot, the small line of orange sunlight adds a focal point of interest. Nice work.

Wow, your landscapes are stunnning! Those skies, which are just about to break open and pour rain out, speaks a very visual language, which jus catches the attention right away. Amazing

A lovely angle on a beautiful scene. The blues, greys and strip of orange provide a brilliant focal point. The wet sand almost looks like a carpet mist on the floor.
